Sensilux
SENSILUX is eye drops, solution.
It contains the active ingredient tetrazolinium chloride (5 mg/10 ml), which causes long-term constriction of the small blood vessels in the conjunctiva (vasoconstriction).
The solution is used for eye irritation caused by wind, dust, light, smoke, chlorinated water, cosmetics, or contact lenses. It is also used to relieve the typical symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis (hypersensitivity to pollen).
It is not subject to medical prescription and is classified as a human medicine.

- For swelling, redness, and irritation of the conjunctiva due to external influences (wind, dust, light, smoke, chlorinated water).
- To relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis (itching, irritation due to pollen hypersensitivity).
SENSILUX is intended for adults, adolescents, and children over 7 years of age. It is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.
Adults: 1-2 drops 2-3 times daily into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye.
Children over 7 years of age: 1 drop 1-2 times daily.
If there is no improvement after 2 days or if the condition worsens, consult a doctor.
The maximum period of continuous use should not exceed 14 days.
Remove contact lenses before use, if worn; wait at least 15 minutes after application before reinserting the lenses.
It is recommended to wait at least 5 minutes between applications of different eye medications.
